	Cayo Espanto Resort	Belize, Central America
		Located among the cayes of Belize, Central America, this private island resort is a collection of domestic cabanas sited at the water's edge so as to provide maximum privacy for every unit. The resort has consistantly been ranked in the top 10 "private island resorts" in the world by Robb Report. The site is a self-contained island utilizing composting toilets, gray-water recycling for irrigation, independent power generation, and a combination of rainwater collection with desalinization of seawater for drinking water. 	Cape Amber Resort	Belize, Central America
		Cape Amber is a 14 acre, 175 unit resort project on Ambergris Caye, Belize. It includes 1&2 bedroom condo units, 3 bedroom private villas, restaurants, a spa/wellness center, and many other common amenities. Phase 1 is currently under construction. 	Brahma Blue Resort	Belize, Central America
		This 6 acre site is located on a peninsula just west of Ambergris Caye, Belize, Central America. Brahma Blue is a planned spa resort community consisting of eighty studio, one, & 2 bedroom suites; thirty-six 2 bedroom condos; five 3 bedroom villas, 2 restaurants, meeting/conference facilities, numerous pools & spa/treatment facilities. The site utilizes access to the waters edge on two sides & consists of a series of pedestrian oriented walkways connecting separate sub communities within the project. 	Main Street Equity - Point Caye Opt. 1	Belize, Central America
		Just minutes from the town of San Pedro, this 5 acre island resort proposal consists of a boutique hotel and a series of private villas situated along the waters edge. One of the prime objectives of this concept was to create a beacon announcing the channel entrance that would lead to other high end resorts such as the Ritz Carlton.

	Main Street Equity - Point Caye Opt. 2	Belize, Central America
		Developed as an alternate design for this 5 acre island, a series of high end villas placed partially in the water and located to capture views and breezes. These villas would be connected by a series of raised boardwalks delicately constructed in the shallow waters to protect the revegetated mangroves that characterize this region.

	Main Street Equity - 35 Acre Island	Belize, Central America
		Adjacent to the town of San Pedro, Belize, Central America, this 35 acre island development is divided into private seaside and garden estates to be developed by individual land owners. Acess is strictly by boat with all traffic on island by foot or golf cart. The plan allows the mangroves along the water channel to be preserved.

	CCI Academy	Aurora, Colorado
		CCI Academy is a unique charter school environment. This project involved long range master planning of an innovative primary and secondary school campus. Incorporating mixed-use office and retail space, as well as classroom areas, the project creates intern opportunities for the students on an entire city block.

	The Summit at Winter Park Ranch	Winter Park, Colorado
		The Developer asked that a series of site specific concepts be developed showing a range of densities to assist them with the initial property sales. In addition, an amenity package was developed including horse trails, hiking paths, and a short ski chair lift. This project was completed by Garth Braun, AIA while employed by another firm.

	Cape Amber Resort	Belize, Central America
		Garth Braun Associates, P.C. once selected to provide full architectural services and then asked to provide complete development consulting and overall project management services for this $80,000,000 to $100,000,000 project. Project proformas, scheduling, on-site construction management, material procurement, shipping & delivery along with overall design coordination with consultants, governmental agencies and local construction trades were to be included. 	Colorado Co-Housing	Lafayette, Colorado
		The Colorado Co-Housing project, located in Lafayette, involved the creation of a 42 acre master plan and conceptual development program for one of the first co-housing groups in the state. Garth Braun Associates, P.C. in partnership with another architect, established the legal structure, budgets, financing, and the design for 42 housing units.

	St. Gertrude Academy	Boulder, Colorado
		The Academy is an historic landmark school building converted into a congregate care facility for the elderly. Garth Braun Associates, P.C. studied several site plan options to determine the benefits of different development densities and building massing strategies. The connection to the existing residential neighborhood, as well as integration of underground parking and utilization of open space were primary design considerations. Largely due to GBA's efforts, the developer was selected to develop the property in association with the University of Colorado.
