Sunset Caye, Belize, Central America. Resort master plan for island resort located off the coast of Ambergris Caye, Belize. Responsibilities included conceptual development of island theme and architectural development of eight to ten cabanas and one caretaker unit. Completed 1998. 

Baer Development, Louisville, Colorado. Conceptual site planning and feasibility studies on a series of industrial sites. Completed 1996. 

B.I. Incorporated Campus Plan, Boulder, Colorado. Ten acre master plan for 85,500 square feet of office, research, and manufacturing space located in three buildings with parking for 350 cars. The objective was to consolidate three adjoining sites with two existing buildings into a unified, pedestrian friendly campus. Schematic plan completed 1995. 

The Point II P.U.D., Boulder, Colorado. Lot line adjustment and P.U.D. approval for additional building in the Gunbarrel Business Park. Prepared drawings and took projects through City of Boulder Planning process. Completed 1995. 

Dillon Factory Outlet Stores, Dillon, Colorado. Master plan for 54,000 square feet divided into four buildings of retail space. Included planning and town board review. Estimated construction cost $2,130,000. Completed 1994. 

Colorado Co-Housing, Lafayette, Colorado. Forty-two acre master plan and conceptual development program for co-housing group. Responsibilities included establishing legal structure, projected budgets, loan financing and conceptual design for 42 units. Projected budget $5,290,00. Completed 1992.

High Street Subdivision, Boulder, Colorado. Subdivided existing lot into two lots for residential development. Included taking project through City of Boulder Planning process. Completed 1992. 

Rolling Rock Ranch, Boulder, Colorado. One hundred acre N.U.P.U.D., six estate residential lots, horse barn, gazebo, entry gate. Schematic Design completed 1989.

  5880 Valmont Road for Western Disposal Services, Boulder, Colorado. Eighteen acre master plan for trash transfer station, maintenance building, office building and weigh station. Involved flood plain issues and approvals of Boulder County Commissioners. $4,200,000. Completed 1988. 

Cheyenne Mountain Ranch, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Sixty-one unit retirement housing project on a golf course. Schematic Design completed 1986. 

The Summit at Winter Park, Winter Park, Colorado. Land planning for 811 condominium units. Established amenity package to include club house, jogging, skiing and horseback riding trails covered bridges, entry signage, sales office and development schedule. Completed 1981.*
