This award winning 3,500 SF residence in the Eldorado Springs area involved careful site planning relative to flood plain issues. The design employs 18" diameter Douglas Fir logs to create the central great room in the house. A sleeping porch further allows the clients to take advantage of Colorado's summer weather. | |||||

Midtown Co-Housing is a 19-unit mixed-income affordable housing project in Denver. Based around a courtyard scheme, the units present a contextual face to the street while simultaneously focusing social activities in the common space. Other site amenities include a fountain, gardens, and a common house complete with a dining hall, laundry and guest rooms. Sustainable design was a prime consideration in choosing the systems and materials for this infill project. | |||||

The Promenade is an eight-unit mixed income, affordable housing project in Denver's historic Five Points district. Six of the residences are raised above the on-grade parking. The units were designed as manufactured housing to accelerate the construction schedule and control costs. Sustainable design was a major consideration in the selection of materials and systems. | |||||
